The article analyzes the relationship between phenomenology and the concept of debt, with particular reference to Husserl and Levinas. If, on the one hand, in Husserlian phenomenology we can talk about an epistemological debt in relation to the conception of perception, which is based on the notion of givenness, on the other hand, in Levinas' perspective the debt bears an ethical character, as passivity and responsibility for the other.

Abstract
The article analyzes the relationship between phenomenology and the concept of debt, with particular reference to Husserl and Levinas. If, on the one hand, in Husserlian phenomenology we can talk about an epistemological debt in relation to the conception of perception, which is based on the notion of givenness, on the other hand, in Levinas' perspective the debt bears an ethical character, as passivity and responsibility for the other.File in questo prodotto:
