In the original publication of the article, the unit of measures in Table 7 was incorrect. In particular, SLW and macronutrient concentrations were reported wrongly in mg/m2, while micronutrients were wrongly indicated in microg/m2. The correct unit of measures is: g/m2 and mg/m2 for SLW, macro- and micronutrients, respectively. The correct Table 7 is provided in this erratum
