In the framework of the so-called Zoroaster's legend, developed by the Mazdean tradition on the basis of a debated historical tradition, some Pahlavi and Persian texts, report that the Iranian prophet went to Kay Wistasp. The article focuses on Zoroastrian astrological doctrines, based upon Indian and Greek material, but also on Babylonian traditions, that were conceived as an original invention of the prophet.
