I tribunali interdiocesani secondo il m.p. Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus. Riflessioni circa la "sorte" del m.p. Qua cura di Papa Pio XI

This work attempts to identify what is the fate of the tribunals established by the Apostolic See in the context of the m.p. Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus of Pope Francis, who reformed the nullity of marriage process, with particular reference to the italian regional tribunals erected by Pope Pius XI with the m.p. Qua cura in 1938. These tribunals, after the different statements of the Decan of the Roman Rota and of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts, seem to have been suppressed by the rescript issued by Pope Bergoglio on December 7, 2015. A decision that still does not prevent the constitution of new interdiocesan tribunals, according to a declaration of the mens legislatoris of November 4, 2015, if it can not be guaranteed a greater proximity of the Church’s tribunals to the faithful.
