The paper presents the results of the first experiences of topographic and geophysical surveys carried out by the University of Bologna at the southern Phoenician-Punic necropolis of Tharros (Sardinia). The new research is aimed at the reconstruction of the ancient funerary landscape at Capo San Marco, adopting an integrated approach which blends archaeological studies and analysis with the systematic use of methods for non-invasive investigation of the subsoil, as well as for the detailed topographic survey of the preserved structures and monuments, by means of laser scanning and photogrammetric techniques.

Abstract
