Services offered by telecommunications providers have the potential of enriching the mobile life of users, but they often do not offer the explicit information required by the user. This paper describes a platform enabling the addition of context awareness to telecommunication provider services, increasing usability and introducing innovative services which adapt to the current context of the user.
