This paper regards the use of in-situ tests for the evaluation of energy performances of buildings. As well known, nowadays the thermal-hygrometric characteristics of buildings, such as transmittance and thermal inertia, are based on simple calculations under static regime. These procedures are normally utilized for their semplicity, but could find no direct feded-back if applied, for instance, to existing buildings. The paper brings out some issues related to the development of in situ measurements, that could help and partially substitute analitical calculations.
