A very important feature of vitamin E is its ability to be regenerated by co-antioxidants which, when used alone, are much less efficient in inhibiting the peroxidation reaction of hydrocarbons and unsaturated lipids. An overview of the various compounds showing a synergistic behaviour with vitamin E is presented and the mechanisms by which it can be recycled are discussed.

Abstract
A very important feature of vitamin E is its ability to be regenerated by co-antioxidants which, when used alone, are much less efficient in inhibiting the peroxidation reaction of hydrocarbons and unsaturated lipids. An overview of the various compounds showing a synergistic behaviour with vitamin E is presented and the mechanisms by which it can be recycled are discussed.File in questo prodotto:
