Selfie Therapy

Il selfie, al di là della sua cattiva fama, in parte giustificata dagli usi quanto meno spregiudicati che troviamo in rete, può avere in sé potenzialità sia creative che riparative, che rientrano nell’ambito più ampio e problematico delle arti terapie e più specificamente della fototerapia. Buona parte di queste potenzialità riguardano la relazione con il destinatario. In questo testo prenderemo, tra l’altro, in considerazione una situazione molto particolare: quella del selfie auto dedicato.   The Selfie, despite its bad reputation, partly justified by the uses at least unscrupulous that we find in the network, can have in itself a creative and reparative component, which falls under the  broader fields of the art therapies, and more specifically of the phototherapy. This potentiality mainly concerns the relationship with the receiver. In this text, among other things, we will consider a very specific situation: that of the Selfie dedicated to ourselves.
