Abstract
In this paper the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach is proposed, refined and used with the aim at improving the reliability of large-mass industrial products far beyond the product specifications demanded at the end-customer level. A stricter correlation between standard quality methods and experimental tests has to be also realized as a modern integrated tool for design and process validation.File in questo prodotto:
