The present study aims to analyze the influence of tourist heterogeneity on the relationship between destination and tourist evaluations and to investigate if it changes over time. At this regard, a multigroup Lisrel model is estimated on a data set obtained from a Tourist Satisfaction Survey, conducted in Rimini from 2004 to 2006.
