Il processo di creazione d'impresa nei paesi in transizione

The projects for the development of the entrepreneurship in the Countries in Transition represent an important instrument in order to promote the political stabilization and the economic welfare in important areas of the planet. In their development, however, one of the problems of greater difficulty is represented by the creation of new enterprises, a problem that has been faced in the time with various instruments, but that from always it has introduced, from the point of view of the Effectiveness and Efficiency, critical aspects of limitations of resources and the waste of the employed resources. Recent experiences conduct in the Balkans propose a various approach to the enterprise creation, that give the first signs, seem to be able to introduce greater guarantees of success. In the paper it is discussed about these experiences and methodologies to the development of the organizational thought and that scientific one, in a generalized manner.
