The paper describes the result of the excvation at Scauri Scalo (Pantelleria Island) in 2004 season. The works concerned the archaeological survey of the terraces behind the bay and the excavation of the following contexts: a domestic unit (identified as 'villa'), rooms carved into the rock and used for productive activities, underground cisterns, clusters of necropolis. The activities include also the underwater excavation of a shipwreck just at the entrance of the modern harbor.
