The fertility of women with premature ovarian failure, due to anticancer treatments, might be preserved by cryopreservation and in vitro culture of ovarian tissue. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) on human frozen-thawed ovarian tissue cultured for 32-weeks.

Abstract
