The quality evaluation in project management can be considered from the point of view of Efficacy, Efficiency and Adequacy, Within this system of index typology is possible to compare the effective performance to the perceived one. The paper aims to analyse, within this framework, the quality monitoring in project management by considering the case of CHTMBAL project “Network for Post Graduate Masters in Cultural Heritage and Tourism Management in Balkan Countries”, financed by 2011 Tempus. The quality monitoring process involves many aspects of the project: Who perform the activities? Which are the activities? Who are the final beneficiaries of the project? When activities and results are achieved ? Which are the implications of the project on the community ? In particular the paper will examine the quality of didactics of Master in cultural tourism realized within CHTMBAL project.
