Cold recycling with bitumen emulsion represents one of the most effective pavements materials recycling methods. This technique recently increased its popularity because it combines environmental and economical effectiveness to the production of bituminous layers of adequate strength. The mastic obtained from this application is composed by a mix of bitumen, cement and filler. The proportions of these three components could affect the mixture performance in terms of durability and its response in terms of stiffness and fatigue behavior. The main purpose of this work is to evaluate how the cement dosage affects the rheological properties of the mastics, in terms of Complex Shear Modulus and Phase Angle. Dynamic Shear Rheometer tests were conducted on mastics samples where the volume of fillers (cement or limestone filler) was kept constant within the specimen volume.
