Back-scattering from buildings at 2GHz is studied through measurements on a 60 GHz scaled-model and ray tracing simulations. Comparing simulations to measurements, which separately consider different interaction mechanisms (reflection, diffraction, and diffuse scattering), we validate our ray tracing model and determine the relative importance of each interaction mechanism to the back-scattered signal.

Abstract
Back-scattering from buildings at 2GHz is studied through measurements on a 60 GHz scaled-model and ray tracing simulations. Comparing simulations to measurements, which separately consider different interaction mechanisms (reflection, diffraction, and diffuse scattering), we validate our ray tracing model and determine the relative importance of each interaction mechanism to the back-scattered signal.File in questo prodotto:
