oday core stability and strenght exercises are commonly part of many training programs. Despite the good number of articles about this field, only few research analyzed the relation between core training and postural control. The aim of present work is to define the short-term effects of 3 core stability exercises performed with matwork and Bosu® on postural data. 15 healthy and physically active people have been tested pre and immediately post exercises with stabilometric platform in eyes open and closed condition; center of pressure displacements on medio-later and sagittal plane and range of displacements have been evaluated to find possible after training benefits.
