The present work is part of a wider research carried out within the Biomalba project: Biomalba - Analysis and Feasibility Study of a Biomass Supply-chain in Albania. Biomalba intended to contribute, coherently with the related European policy, to the pursuit of the following general objective: support a correct sustainable development policy in the Adriatic Ionian countries, with particular reference to the aspects related to energy needs, environmental protection, awareness of the civil society, public administration and commercial enterprises.
