The ratio of primary tumors to metastatic tumors to non-neoplastic lesions is estimated to be 1:5:60.1 . On the basis of the rarity of primary lung tumors in children, the diagnosis remains a challenge. Several cases are asymptomatic or present with non-specific symptoms, and they are discovered incidentally.
