Criobiology in Human Reproduction is an emerging field aiming to store gametes and embryos for future use. In this work, we considered the embryo freezing-thawing process and its impact of embryo survival, implantation potential, developmental alterations, chromosomal alterations and long term effects. In addition, an overview of the effects of oocyte and sperm cryopreservation on embryonic survival and IVF outcome are considered.
