The identification of the genetic bases of hereditary colorectal cancers has made possible to identify the syndromes but also to generate molecular models relevant for the sporadic type of cancers. This has progressively led to the adoption of genetic and molecular tests which play a key role in the clinical and therapeutic management of patients with the disease.

Abstract
The identification of the genetic bases of hereditary colorectal cancers has made possible to identify the syndromes but also to generate molecular models relevant for the sporadic type of cancers. This has progressively led to the adoption of genetic and molecular tests which play a key role in the clinical and therapeutic management of patients with the disease.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
