If no suspense surrounded Harlem Désir’s arrival at the helm of the PS, he being the first to sign an ultra-majority motion put forward by the outgoing Secretary Martine Aubry and the current Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault, the PS is in the phase one of the most observed parties in the EU.
