This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation of three peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) reduction techniques which were proposed for the inclusion in the DVB-NGH (Next Generation Handheld) standard. After a detailed description of the three techniques, a common evaluation framework is defined, and the three techniques are compared both in their PAPR reduction capability and in their end-to-end performance improvement.

Abstract
This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation of three peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) reduction techniques which were proposed for the inclusion in the DVB-NGH (Next Generation Handheld) standard. After a detailed description of the three techniques, a common evaluation framework is defined, and the three techniques are compared both in their PAPR reduction capability and in their end-to-end performance improvement.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
