The article argues for a critical approach to the issue of racism and antiracism, and in favor of a different form of antiracism, that engages in labor relations from a partiality that will not constitute itself as an universal subject, but rather point to a new composition of the struggles that goes beyond solidarity. The article maintains that this is particularly important in the midst of the economic crisis, when labor is jeopardized and institutional racism fuels division and distrust among workers, with dangerous consequences for social cohesion and inclusion.

Abstract
The article argues for a critical approach to the issue of racism and antiracism, and in favor of a different form of antiracism, that engages in labor relations from a partiality that will not constitute itself as an universal subject, but rather point to a new composition of the struggles that goes beyond solidarity. The article maintains that this is particularly important in the midst of the economic crisis, when labor is jeopardized and institutional racism fuels division and distrust among workers, with dangerous consequences for social cohesion and inclusion.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
