Abstract
Computer-based communications are enabled by several supports, but are still not reflected into proper language abstractions. The consequent abstraction gap can be today automatically overcome by model-driven software development techniques based on the definitions of proper meta-models and related software factories. This work presents a factory of this kind, by showing how it can promote the production of custom IDEs able to transmit the knowledge and the know-how of a company and to improve both the production process and the quality of the products.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
