This report aims at providing useful, ready-to-use information designed for all players involved in action against environmental crimes – enforcement agents, prosecutors, judges, representatives of civil society, members of academia and representatives of international organisations. It has the twofold objective of giving fundamental information about how EO is and can be used against environmental crimes, including how its use can be empowered; and of sharing practical data about successful applications, key players and availability of data and platforms.
