This registration provides a revision-stage transparency record for a scoping review on perceptual and emotional responses to home built environments among preschool children with physical mobility impairments. During the revision stage, the search strategy was substantially updated on May 23, 2026. Database specific subject heading terms, including MeSH based terms in PubMed, were incorporated to improve retrieval sensitivity and reduce the risk of missing relevant interdisciplinary studies. The revised search identified 1,871 records before screening and 1,589 records after duplicate and preliminary record removal. After title and abstract screening, full text retrieval, and eligibility assessment, 176 studies were included, comprising 89 core studies and 87 contextual studies. This registration archives the revised search strategy, database records, eligibility criteria, screening process, data charting framework, and related supplementary materials. This record was created during the revision stage and should not be interpreted as a prospective preregistration.

Abstract
This record was created during the revision stage and should not be interpreted as a prospective preregistration.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
