The contents of the most used photoinitiators in eighteen printed food-packaging (paper, cardboard and plastics) and in the food contained therein (mayonnaise, salad, salami, cheese, yogurt, fruit juice), were determinated by LC-MS/MS in order to assess the photoinitiator migration from packaging into foods.
