This paper introduces the STALWARTS project (Sustaining Teachers and Learners with the Arts), an Erasmus+ project which aimed to create university modules for teachers, educators and other health care professionals interested in using the arts, and music in particular, to promote well-being, inclusion, and to address the major challenge of Early Leaving from Education and Training (ELET). The project evolved from the positive outcomes of an earlier Erasmus+ project named LINK (Learning in a New Key). The results of the STALWARTS project support the idea that arts-based practice is not an optional addition to education, but a vital foundation for inclusive and relational learning.

Abstract
This paper introduces the STALWARTS project (Sustaining Teachers and Learners with the Arts), an Erasmus+ project which aimed to create university modules for teachers, educators and other health care professionals interested in using the arts, and music in particular, to promote well-being, inclusion, and to address the major challenge of Early Leaving from Education and Training (ELET). The project evolved from the positive outcomes of an earlier Erasmus+ project named LINK (Learning in a New Key). The results of the STALWARTS project support the idea that arts-based practice is not an optional addition to education, but a vital foundation for inclusive and relational learning.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
