This paper aims to provide an analysis of the rules governing debt restructuring agreements with extended effects, examining whether and to what extent the criteria and conditions for creditor satisfaction established with reference to business continuity arrangements (concordato in continuità aziendale) may be applied to the case regulated under Article 61 of the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (c.c.i.i.).
