As the analog and digital spheres increasingly overlap, online spaces reflect and amplify existing so- cial dynamics and power relations. Evidence shows that digital violence disproportionately affects women and LGBTQIA+ individuals. In this context, artificial intelligence – increasingly used for con- tent moderation and language generation – emerges as a new vehicle of power capable of influencing fundamental rights. The article ex amines the relationship between artificial intelligence and gender equality from a gender-oriented and queer constitutionalist perspective .
