The ACCESS project's National Report aims to provide information on the existing barriers, relevant caselaw on barriers to accessing asylum, and the socio-legal factors influencing adjudication. The first part of the report aims to identify, understand, and select barriers to accessing asylum. The purpose of the second part is to provide an overview of the type of courts and other major stakeholders involved in asylum access adjudication, the litigation strategy behind these cases, and patterns of divergence and convergence in adjudication. The third part aims to identify, understand and analyse the wider socio-legal factors influencing asylum access adjudication in selected jurisdictions.
