The article focuses on the importance of communication in civil proceedings, both judiciary or extrajudiciary. The a. underlines how a change is necessary starting from academical programmes, that provide basically law exams, without paying any attention to institutions of psychology or communication. The a. considers then some of the main aspects that may be taken into account not only when acting in professional contexts but also in personal and everyday stages because, as the first rule of communication provides, we are always communicating, even though we normally ignore it.
