The essay examines the regulatory framework established by Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of 13 June 2024 on artificial intelligence (AI Act), with particular focus on the so-called high-risk AI systems and the prohibited AI practices as defined by the European legislator under Article 5. These practices are analyzed through a broad set of examples drawn from the Guidelines adopted on this matter by the European Commission and published on 4 February 2025.
Il contributo si occupa della disciplina dettata dal Regolamento UE 2024/1689 del 13 giugno 2024 sull’intelligenza artificiale (AI Act), con particolare riguardo al c.d. alto rischio dei sistemi di IA, relativo alle pratiche di sistemi di IA vietate dal legislatore europeo, ex art. 5. Tali pratiche sono vagliate con un ampio corredo di esempi ripresi dalle Linee guida approvate in punto dalla Commissione europea e pubblicate il 4 febbraio 2025.
