This study concerns the records written in Italian in the second part of the register of the brotherhood Gemilut Hasadim of Finale Emilia (1615-1750). The thirteen initial Statutes, written in Hebrew, have already been published; in this research is presented the complete transcript of this second part of the register (1695-1750) is presented. This document reveals to us new and significant data, which enrich the already significant studies on this community, based on mostly external sources in Italian and Latin. When the minutes cease to be written in Hebrew and pass to Italian, there is a gap of eight years without any written traces and there is also a six-year gap in the part of the records written in Hebrew. The reason for the absence of recording is explained thanks to the register of the General Council of Finale Emilia, kept at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, in New York. At the end of this study, there is also a transcript of a letter, written in Latin, pasted on the last pages of the register (1616).
