This study applies the innovative Q(t) method to infer space charge accumulation in insulated metal substrates used in high voltage power modules. The Q(t) results are compared with those achieved using the pulsed electroacoustic technique for confirmation. Besides, the Q(t) technique is used at even higher temperatures than those achievable using the PEA technique to gain new insights.

Abstract
This study applies the innovative Q(t) method to infer space charge accumulation in insulated metal substrates used in high voltage power modules. The Q(t) results are compared with those achieved using the pulsed electroacoustic technique for confirmation. Besides, the Q(t) technique is used at even higher temperatures than those achievable using the PEA technique to gain new insights.File in questo prodotto:
