The Commission for Agreements with Religious Denominations. After a brief overview of the relations between the Italian State and religious denominations other than Catholicism, as well as a summary of the most relevant issues arising in such field, the essay provides information about the work carried out and the methodology adopted by the Commission for agreements with religious denominations and for religious liberty, which was established by decree of the President of the Council of Minister of August 10, 2023, and took office on January 15, 2024.
Il contributo, premesse una breve esposizione sui rapporti tra Stato italiano e confessioni religiose diverse dalla cattolica e una sintesi delle problematiche più rilevanti che si prospettano in questo ambito, fornisce informazioni sul lavoro svolto e la metodologia adottata da parte della Commissione per le intese con le confessioni religiose e per la libertà religiosa, istituita con Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri del 10 agosto 2023 e insediatasi il 15 gennaio del 2024.
