This paper presents an overview of the 2nd International Workshop on Extended Reality for Knowledge Work (xrWORKS’25), held in conjunction with ISMAR 2025. The workshop explores howXRcantransformproductivity, multitasking, and collaboration in professional contexts, extending beyond entertainment into sustained, high-value knowledge work. We summarise the workshop scope, provide detailed descriptions of the accepted papers, and highlight emerging research themes in immersive workspace design, AI-assisted interaction, ergonomic optimisation, and domainspecific XR applications.
