The present work concerns the integrated acoustic and lighting design of a university hall, previously used as a gymnasium, which will be used as a lecture hall on the Forlì University Campus. The design process involves using predictive analytical formulas and numerical simulations, focusing on the acoustic parameters Reverberation Time T20, Clarity Index C50 and Speech Transmission Index STI. The room geometry and design constraints did not allow the acoustic quality requirements to be achieved with only passive acoustic treatments. In the room, an amplification system was necessary to meet the requirements of UNI 11532-2:2020, made mandatory by CAM.
