The dimension of sound makes it possible to explore the human journey from the perspective of Harmony, as connection between differentiation and integration, identity and belonging. There is no scientific reason to nurture the sense of a separate self; this false idea is proven to be at the root of mental and relational habits that generate disruption and conflict, in the person and in his or her relationships. Harmony recalls the theme of accord, tuning and resonance, meant as knowing how to place oneself in relation and give life to a listening that blossoms into hearing and feeling that confirms to the other that he or she is being felt. Sound and corporeity allow the exploration of the person in its inter-relational dimension (intra- and inter-subjective) promoting the possibility of meaningful aesthetic experiences honouring the integration of discernment, sensitivity and empathy.

Abstract
