Strumenti giuridici di valorizzazione del rapporto tra patrimonio culturale e territorio: il caso dei patti di collaborazione tra amministrazioni locali e cittadini

Firstly, the article briefly highlights the homogeneity, albeit under a mere economic perspective, between cultural heritage and commons. The latter are in fact the designated object of the cooperation covenants between municipalities and citizens, which are increasingly being applied to cultural heritage. Subsequently, the contribution provides a description of the regulatory framework related to such agreements, underlining how they may achieve a new paradigm of the relationship between citizen and public administration. Finally, the third part aims to investigate the legal nature - either private or public - of the covenants.
