GLI ISTITUTI GIURIDICI COLLABORATIVI DEL CODICE DEL TERZO SETTORE: UN’OPPORTUNITÀ PER LE ASSOCIAZIONI SPORTIVE DILETTANTISTICHE

The study aims to analyze the social inclusion function of sport, especially the non-professional one, and how this function can be strengthened by the recent reforms of the Third Sector and of sport. Specifically, the research intends to focus on the new opportunities lying ahead for Amateur Sports Associations with the qualification as a Third Sector Body, as well as the reasons that may lead to take this qualification, with particular emphasis on the new forms of collaboration with the Public Administration.

Lo studio si propone di analizzare la funzione di inclusione sociale dello sport, in particolar modo di quello dilettantistico, e di come questa possa essere rafforzata dalle recenti riforme del Terzo Settore e dello sport. Nello specifico, il lavoro intende approfondire le nuove opportunità che si prospettano per le Associazioni Sportive Dilettantistiche con la qualificazione come Ente del Terzo Settore nonché le motivazioni che possono incentivare la scelta di assumere detta qualificazione, con particolare riguardo alle nuove forme di collaborazione con la PA.
