In combination with this device, the BlueC@rdio software serves the following purposes: • ECG data acquisition and visualization for medical diagnosis support • Heart rate measurement with optical and acoustical signals when preset values are exceeded or fallen short of • Patient data management • ECG patient records management • ECG report printing and sending by e-mail • MPS (Myocardial Power Spectrum) analysis Analysis of the signal amplitude in the frequency domain of the 12 ECG derivations power spectrum to identify a possible cardiac disease that is not identifiable with an analysis of the ECG signal in the time domain. This functionality is only available in the MPS software version. Statements made by the MPS analysis represent only partial information on the patient’s cardiovascular condition and no therapy or drugs can be administered based solely on these statements. The BlueC@rdio software is PC-compatible and is delivered with the ECG device. The ECG system is intended for use by a trained medical professional.
