The article analyses the 2023 European Union Space Strategy for Security and Defence, addressed to the Parliament and the Council and drafted by European Commission and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. It focuses on the most relevant measures the Communication proposes and on their relevance for the objective of strengthening and developing the EU autonomy in the space domain in an hostile geopolitical context.
