This article provides the results of a first survey of the relationships among the Greek witnesses of Galen’s De causis pulsuum; it also aims to enlighten the relationship between the ms. Laur. plut. 74.18 and the Latin translation of De causis pulsuum, books III and IV, made by Burgundio of Pisa in the second half of the XII century.
