This letter is proposed to provide answers to the concerns raised by Romano and Baretta (2016) in their comment letter. While the criticism about the title of the paper is partly reasonable, the other issues including the improper manipulations of the generalized functions (i.e. Dirac delta and Heaviside step functions), inappropriate approximations and incorrect expressions and results are totally denied by providing reasonable justifications and relevant references from the literature. The detailed answers to each concern are given within the following paragraphs.
