Moving from a sociological perspective, the article explores the role of industrial policies in addressing the challenges posed by climate change. The first part of the article examines the concepts of vulnerability, climate adaptation, and resilience, focusing on the role of space and the inequalities associated with it. The limitations of climate policies based on technical and «uncritical» approaches to adaptation and resilience are highlighted, as these may lead to the persistence of unsustainable and inequitable practices. The second part of the article emphasizes the contribution of an experimental perspective in promoting «just» climate policies - those suited to scenarios of deep uncertainty and based on flexible solutions - in terms of enhancing local innovative knowledge and experiences. Finally, the article underscores how the proposed insights should be synthesized to provide a theoretical and programmatic foundation for an industrial policy that prioritizes combating climate change and reducing its expected impacts.

Abstract
Finally, the article underscores how the proposed insights should be synthesized to provide a theoretical and programmatic foundation for an industrial policy that prioritizes combating climate change and reducing its expected impacts.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
