Post-transfusion–graft-versus-host disease (PT-GVHD) is a rare complication of blood transfusion. A 54-year-old male patient went through surgery for intracranial tumour (meningioma in right hemisphere) developed after blood trasfusion fever and erythematous maculopapular rush, with subsequent hepatic and intestinal disease and serious diarrhoea. Intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG) was administered daily at a dose 0.5 g/kg body weight for five consecutive days.
