The article presents the initial results of a research project which, on the basis of the Anthropocene hypothesis, proposes to analyse ecological conflicts as interpretative conflicts regulated by enunciative praxis operations. After specifying the interest of the study of controversies for a semiotics of culture and supporting the relevance of an extended theory of enunciation to address them, the article analyses the materials from field surveys and archives on the project for a new railway line between Lyon and Turin, with the aim of rethinking the dynamics of environmental conflicts as a chain of semiotic acts.

Abstract
The article presents the initial results of a research project which, on the basis of the Anthropocene hypothesis, proposes to analyse ecological conflicts as interpretative conflicts regulated by enunciative praxis operations. After specifying the interest of the study of controversies for a semiotics of culture and supporting the relevance of an extended theory of enunciation to address them, the article analyses the materials from field surveys and archives on the project for a new railway line between Lyon and Turin, with the aim of rethinking the dynamics of environmental conflicts as a chain of semiotic acts.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
